Business News Update: Under the proposal, an employer’s maximum FUTA contribution per employee would increase from $434 to $930. If it’s passed, the increase would become effective in 2014. Library users will be able to check out e-books at no charge from home via personal computer, and the content will be deleted automatically from the user’s computer when the loan period is over.
