Force Majeure:LONDON, Feb 22 Reuters Libyan oil product exports were severely disrupted on Tuesday with traders reporting the country had declared force majeure on shipments from some ports, while others said cargoes were loading as normal.The posting late Friday said both caverns 1 and 3 were out of service after leaks were discovered. The company said it intends to file an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to abandon the caverns.
